Permission has been granted for 48 self storage units on land adjacent to Iceland in Horwich.  KG Planning has worked closely with the applicant from the outset and has provided planning advice throughout the planning process.  The Council’s concerns with regards to the existing trees on the site, the impact of the proposal on visual amenity and flooding were all adequately addressed resulting in planning permission being granted.  The facility will provide a much needed storage facility for local residents and businesses.
